How will my parcel be sent?

Shipping is provided by Australia Post services. 

Once your order is posted delivery timeframes are out of NQ JACS control. Standard Delivery can take anywhere from 2 - 20 days.  Even Express Post can have delays depending on the time of year (ie Christmas / Wet Season OR Extreme Weather Events in Australia) yet it is the better option for faster delivery.

Local Collection: Local collection can be made via appointment - you will receive an email once your order is ready with a message with how to arrange a time & where to pick your parcel up from.  

My Parcel hasn't arrived by it's tracking due date?

If it has been 7 business days since the estimated delivery date, we encourage you to open an investigation with Australia Post. Australia Post require the receiver of a parcel to lodge a 'Missing Items' Claim - You can call them on 13 76 78 or submit an enquiry online here. It can take several business days for Australia Post to respond to enquiries

How long will it take for my order to be processed?  Please allow up to 2 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be processed, packed and posted. Opting for EXPRESS post does not allow your order to jump the packing cue - It solely speeds the delivery process via Australia Post. In saying that I do POSTAL MONDAY - WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY. Please keep up to date via email for my very rare RDO for family leave days.

Local orders are generally ready for collection within 24hrs - If you need anything urgently, please don't hesitate to contact me :-) You know I always try my hardest to have the quickest turnaround times!

ORDERS THAT ARE NOT COLLECTED FROM POST OFFICE BOXES / COLLECTION CENTRES AND ARE RETURNED TO SENDER (NQ JACS)- Will not be refunded upon returned especially if communication has been made with the buyer regarding collection! Postage back to customer will need to be made at customer expense again.
