Welcome to NQ Jewellery & Craft Supplies. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they apply to all purchases made during our Closing Down Sale.
1. Sale Duration

The Closing Down Sale begins Monday, 24th November and will continue until stock is sold out or until the business closure date.

No extensions or rainchecks will be offered.
2. Discounts

Discounts of up to 80% off storewide are available.

The exact discount varies by product and is applied at checkout.

All prices are final and non‑negotiable.
3. Stock Availability

All items are sold while stocks last.

Once sold out, products will not be restocked.

No backorders or pre‑orders are available.
4. Returns & Exchanges

As this is a Closing Down Sale, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind.

Faulty items will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a remedy if goods are defective.
5. Shipping & Postage

Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise specified.

Orders will be processed promptly, but delays may occur due to high demand.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. NQ Jewellery & Craft Supplies is not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
6. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, Klarna while enabled on Shopify.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
7. Gift Cards, Credits & Loyalty Points

Gift cards, store credits, or loyalty points (if applicable) cannot be redeemed after the closure date.

Any unused balances will expire upon business closure.
8. Finality of Sale

All transactions during the Closing Down Sale are considered final.
