Refund policy
NQ Jewellery & Craft Supplies does not provide a refund or replacement for ordering of the wrong product, change of mind or if you damaged the product by misuse or wear & tear after use the purchased product for long periods of time. Australian Consumer Law, states you have the right to return a product and get a refund or exchange if the product does not meet certain consumer guarantees - for example, if the product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the SAME condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase & pay for return postage.
To start a return, you can contact us at nqjewellerysupplies@hotmail.com - This must be done within 14 days of arrival at your address.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: NQ Jewellery & Craft Supplies, PO BOX 4606 KIRWAN 4817 TOWNSVILLE QLD.
ORDERS THAT ARE NOT COLLECTED FROM POST OFFICE BOXES / COLLECTION CENTRES AND ARE RETURNED TO SENDER (NQ JACS)- Will not be refunded upon returned especially if communication has been made with the buyer regarding collection! Postage back to customer will need to be made at customer expense again
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Please take photos) Damages caused by transit will need to be photographed & uploaded to Australia Post.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please know that earring posts and jewellery products can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
“During sale periods, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed once placed - Including our closing down period."
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
